Awesome hospitality! Sophia at the front desk was wonderful. Great eating places within walking distance. With the free shuttle van our car never left the motel parking lot.
Sort of noisy at night.
Open bar and made to order breakfast
I think a hotel trying to protray a high end facility should at least have clothes hooks in the bathrooms, luggage rack for suitcases and laundry bags for dirty clothes. Also you may warn those on the first floor by the breakfast area that they come to work at 4 am and aren't quiet!
Excellent customer service. We arrived in the morning, earlier than the 3 pm check in time but didn't have a room yet ready. Staff made sure we were comfortable in the lobby. They were all very friendly, all smiles and always willing to help throughout our stay. Excellent location for business or leisure.
Close to a lot of restaurants and the sprint center. I liked the historical wall paper and photos.
Both the sink and shower knobs were very loose and sloppy. The bed was a little hard.
The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. I also liked that it had a small microwave too. The location is also great.
The bathroom was run down and didn't feel clean. There was something on the shower walls... I didn't get close enough to inspect it. The room itself was kind of run down and didn't feel clean.
fresh breakfast, wonderful area to walk to attractions, very helpful staff
The 816 had a great location! Within walking distance of all the happenings in Westport and free shuttle to many other places.
Difficult to book shuttle during the day due to many volleyball players being carted around all day. Also shuttle stops running at 11 pm so had to get taxi back from power and light district.
People were great. Breakfast was wonderful and good. Shuttle was over the top.
Bed was to hard.
the women working the front desk gave us the best service I have ever received when staying at a hotel! I wish I could remember her name. I would refinery stay here again!
Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful!
The towels were a bit worn...
The shuttle took us everywhere we needed to go which helped a lot!
Room was a little smaller than used to and not a lot of variety for breakfast. Felt like I had same thing every day.
Staff were all very positive, attentive and knowledgeable.
When we walked into the room, it reeked of what turned out to be a chemical they are required to spray on the floor after every guest. I asked the maid not to spray the following nights and she happily agreed. Maybe if they did carpet cleaning periodically they wouldnt need to disinfect.
